Sectional Doors
USE:
Loading docks with heavy trucks and goods traffic. Industrial sectors, mainly in warehouses, logistics centres and production plants. Commercial sectors, supermarkets, hypermarkets, shopping centres, car dealers, chain stores.

| Leaf
The individual sections are composed of double-wall steel strips (500 or 625 mm in height, height-compensation upper section), with a leaf thickness of 45 mm and CFC-free PUR foam core. Interior and exterior finger protection. Horizontal channels installed at a distance of 125 mm. The lower section of the door is equipped with a double-lip lower joint, whilst the upper section has an upper joint, lacquered on both sides with RAL 9002 (optional exterior lacquering in RAL). The rest of the door’s segments are equipped with a central joint, situated between the individual strips. |
Control and safety Equipped with electric activation and variable speed drive, which guarantee continuous, stable openings and closings, and a motor connected directly to the axle and capable of openings speeds of up to 0.8 m/s. Equipped with steel cables with a safety rating against tearing of six times the standard requirement. The cables are protected against slackness by a safety device. The drive has a built-in parachute device. The lower joint is equipped with a self-monitoring safety contact bar. The door can also be fitted with a safety light grid (up to a height of 2000 mm). |

Guides and metal fittings
Vertical rail with galvanized steel sheet angle with hand-protection. The door’s horizontal positioning is carried out in an extremely stable rail.
The individual sections are joined with intermediate hinges and hinge-sections fitted with adjustable, ball-mounted plastic pins.

Oval, double-wall transparent acrylic glass windows oval, mounted in black plastic frames. Approx. dimensions: 700 x 300 mm.
Rectangular, double-wall transparent acrylic glass windows oval, mounted in black plastic frames. Approx. dimensions: 650 x 350 mm.
Handle, diaphragm, vent.
Integrated pedestrian door with top bolt, latch and lock with light bulb, optional panic bar.
Attached pedestrian door with the same finish as the sectional door.
Stainless steel hinges.
